Lately I have been experimenting with underglaze on mid-fire clay. My favorite things to throw on the wheel are little pots with lids and making goblets. I enjoy hand-building as well and made an epic amount of wedding favors (small dishes and coasters) for our guests in the summer of 2022.

I’ve been learning various pottery techniques and have fallen in love with the process and the utilitarian nature of this art form. It takes patience and causes me to let go of control. Ultimately the kiln has the power to change my creations into what it desires, I just hope that they turn into something useful.
